Finlandia’s Lactation Herbal Formula is scientifically designed, utilizing traditional herbal medicine to help promote milk production. This herbal formula can alternatively be used as an expectorant to help relieve cold symptoms such as excessive catarrh.
Our Lactation formula is very well rounded. It not only increases the quantity of the milk but due to its highly nourishing formulation, it will also increase the quality of the milk. This gives mom and baby extra vitamins and minerals to support optimum growth and health.
 
Contained in this formula are herbs known as galactagogues, such as Goat’s Rue, Blessed Thistle and Fenugreek, which stimulate and increase flow of breast milk. Also included is Nettle leaf to provide protein, B, D and K vitamins, chlorophyll, calcium, magnesium, iron and trace minerals. Nettle tones the arteries and acts as a gentle but powerful tonic to kidneys helping filter and detoxify the blood. The addition of nettle to this formula is key in nourishing and re-vitalizing the body after the demands of pregnancy and the ongoing nutritional demands of breast feeding.
